The Metro combines width and thickness from the old retro styled boards, but it has a tow-inspired bottom rocker, including a deep concave. Similar to the Protow 3, but with a much wider tail that gives more width under the back foot and an accentuated change of curve at the 1' mark to loosen the board up for the round house cuttings. It can replace any fish type boards.
This design, which has now been extensively tested by MC and friends over the last two years, boasts easy paddle and flotation for all surfers, super stability and super fast for all surf conditions. Perfect for smaller days, and up to 5 feet.
The Metro is easy to turn, will suit the older salty guys that like the retro feel, but want more performance from a board. This design achieves the old-school style but still improves your wave riding, and can be used as a high performance board for the bigger blokes.
